From NJ.com. “Another expert in the field is Roger Klein, a physician and attorney from Cleveland who recently had a piece in The Hill questioning Ford’s version of events. Klein argued that Ford’s mental-health records need to be examined as part of the inquiry.
‘Was it something she didn’t remember and it came out in psychotherapy?’ Klein asked.
If so, he said, all of the records of that psychotherapy should be examined by investigators. At the moment, however, there’s nothing to substantiate her charges, he said.
‘People who are accused of things have rights, too,’ he said ‘We can’t just take an accusation with no corroboration or no evidence and destroy a career.'” (Originally posted October 2, 2018)https://www.nj.com/opinion/index.ssf/2018/10/sad_memories_i_cant_recall_kavanaugh_case_has_some.html
